Teaching is the best job ever! I have been in education for 15 years, and I currently work as an Instructional Coach in Pleasanton Unified School District. I get to work with learners of all ages (students, teachers, parents, administrators). Together we develop digital literacy skills in today's ever-changing world. #bettertogether

I hold a Masters in Curriculum from Columbia University, and was fortunate to work in diverse areas of NYC. I was an Instructional Coach in the Lower East Side, and a Supervisor to graduate interns at Teachers College. I love designing relevant curriculum, and innovative professional development. Some of my more recent projects are: co-creator of #HyperDocs, MERIT fellow, co-founder of Schoogle Digital Camp, curriculum consulting, Elimu Safarieducational exchange in Kenya, director of our first ever Pleasanton Unified Short Film Festival, and distance learning presenter through Learning Bird webinars and GAFE online conference.

I am particularly passionate about global literacy, digital storytelling, and innovative learning spaces. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me taking photos, hiking, seeking out the hottest new restaurant, or geeking out at an edTech conference.
