I'm a mother of two children: Aidan (7) and McKenzie (almost 4) and married to my wonderful husband of almost 13 years who puts up with my crazy ideas. I'm also an RN at UR Medicine here in upstate, NY. I have always struggled with my self-esteem as far as how I viewed myself and now I am working on creating a new me while loving the body I'm in. I've started doing fitness challenge groups to push myself a little harder while motivating others to achieve common goals. So if you've been my friend for years and are wondering why I keep posting about this, please bear with me. This has been a wonderful journey for me and I love sharing with you.
