A seasoned communications professional with an expertise in media relations, crisis communications, thought-leadership development, trend, data and analytics-based campaign development and executive media training. Sarah thrives on multidimensional story development and comes with a distinct perspective on building brand awareness through strategic media placements having spent much of her career in a newsroom. Sarah began her communications career in journalism producing for 20th Century with Mike Wallace and the award winning NBC News Special Reports in New York. Sarah was an on-camera TV reporter for stations in New York and San Francisco before shifting her attention to corporate and public relations. Prior to joining The Blueshirt Group as a consultant, Sarah was Director of Corporate Communications for Silicon Valley start-up, CafePress Inc. Sarah earned her B.A. in International Relations from Occidental College in Los Angeles and her M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University in New York.
