Sarah Garrood

Sarah Garrood is a highly respected and talented finance recruiter with over 15 years experience across a wide variety of sectors at the Executive level. She started her career with the accountancy firm Arthur Andersen and in 1997 joined a leading global recruitment consultancy where she went on to become the Director of the Consumer Practice in the Search division.

In 2009 she moved with her family to Bermuda where she worked for the island's leading management consulting and recruitment company. She specialized in all areas of Offshore recruitment including working with the Bermuda regulator on a high profile international recruitment campaign. In 2012 she moved to Jersey where she heads up the Maven Partners Offshore office.

Sarah is an expert in her field and will always go the extra mile to deliver a quality service to both her clients and candidates. She prides herself on her excellent client relationships and the thoroughness and integrity of her work. .

She is a Classics graduate and a trained librarian. She loves island living, Caribbean beaches and is an avid dog walker and a keen baker.
