Sarah Glenister

Having worked in a large organisation on an award winning Management Trainee placement for 11 months I have developed a passion for HR, particularly in the training and recruitment of staff.

I believe that the people within a company drive success, making HR extremely important.

I am a hard worker with lots of determination and have the desire to make people happy. I enjoy working in a team and have experience of managing a small team as well as communicating with employees of all levels.

I am about to finish my degree at the University of Worcester, expecting a 2:1 with realistic possibilities of a first.

I am a dedicated horse rider and enjoy competing at local shows particularly in the show jumping discipline.

I'm an ambitious, enthusiastic individual.
