Sarah Kempen

Hey internet, its me, Sarah. I studied Psychology and Psychometry, and graduated from the University of Johannesburg. As a student, I worked in quantitative research, adding to the pool of knowledge surrounding the stantardisation of assessment tools for the South African context. Over the past four years, I've integrated my knowledge into a realm of experiences within the human resources, consulting, assessment and development areas. I am passionate about business strategy and people - particularly the influence their behaviour has on the environments around them.
