I am Sarah Richards.
To my parents I am still Sarah Jo.

I have lived at the Canadian border in Minnesota, in the bayous of Louisiana and on the rocky Atlantic coast of New England.

I attended the University of Minnesota to study graphic design, and scientific & technical writing.

While I am an award winning artist and designer, Snoflake Stitchery is where I exercise my talents in the creation of original cross-stitch and crochet patterns.

In addition, I am the author of the Woodmere Trilogy and Yum! (Cooking Gluten, Dairy and Soy Free).

When I am not writing, drawing, or designing books and patterns, I can be found roaming the woods near my house with my family and two dogs.
