Sarah Warnock

Sarah is a Loveland native & a 4th generation Realtor in Northern Colorado. In 1922, her great grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions in Lovleland. Sarah is proud to be a part of an 92 year old family tradition of excellence in Northern Colorado Real Estate.

Sarah is very active in her local community. Sarah is the director of a program at her church called Kids Hope USA. Kids Hope pairs mentors with at-risk youth. She is also a mentor herself. Sarah visits Wings Center Easter Seals which helps to provide a safe and fun environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Sarah served as a committee chairperson for the Loveland Walk 4 Water, an organization that raises money to build fresh water wells in Africa. Sarah has served on her local real estate board as secretary & 2nd vice president and is currently a director.

Sarah has earned her GRI Designation & is eCertified. Throughout her 12 years in real estate, Sarah has earned Honors Society several times for her high production levels & the Leading Edge Award by Prudential National putting her in the top 6%of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2013 Sarah was awarded the Executive Club Award from RE/MAX. I

Sarah earned her bachelors degree in English Literature from Colorado State University. Previous to her real estate career, she headed up the sales department at Gulley Greenhouse & Garden Center.

Sarah enjoys being outdoors especially in the company of her dogs. She is a hiker, reader, & loves to garden. Her favorite place is Yellowstone National Park. Sarah finds geysers fascinating. She traveled to Israel in 2008 & to Alaska in 2013.

Sarah has a special affection for the area of Downtown Loveland. Lots of Sarah's family has called downtown Loveland home over the last century & in so doing has instilled a real fondness for historical properties... so much so that she lives in a historical home herself. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family & friends. She has always believed that investing in relationships with other people is where the real treasure is.
