I have been coaching formally for 6 years and am undertaking a further postgrad in coaching at present. I coach individuals seeking personal development or space to consider future plans. I also coach senior executives regarding their career plans or as part of their personal and career development in their current role. I'm particularly interested in how people can flourish in their role in their organisation with all of the dynamics and complexities that organisations bring!
