Born and raised in the south, I come complete with a Texan accent and a heart of gold. I'm 22 but my story is...well it's a long one lol Not without struggle and heartbreak, but The Lord has blessed me and I don't take a single day for granted. I laugh loud and I love big. All one day at a time.

From the time I was young, I knew that whatever I ended up doing in life, I wanted it to be something where I felt happiness in my soul. Not only that, but I wanted what I did to make a difference. Both in the world and in the lives of others. Discovering my passion for health and fitness has allowed me to do just that! My love/hate relationship with burpees and natural skills in the kitchen quickly became my calling.

Now I get to spend my days spreading awareness of all things healthy! I've met the most incredible people and formed life-long relationships on my journey. I know life still has so much more to offer and with kale shake in hand, I bring on every day with open arms.
