Sarah Kelly

I have extensive experience dealing with offshore investment vehicles having served on the board of various alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles covering a number of different investment strategies.

I was resident in the Cayman Islands for 9 years and prior to setting up SKFS was employed as a Fund Director for International Management Services Ltd, a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations from 2007 to 2014. During this time I sat on the board of several notable and industry respected investment companies.

I was a Fund Accounting Manager with Fortis Prime Fund Solutions from 2005 to 2007 where I gained extensive knowledge in the formation and management of mutual funds and company structures. Prior to working in the Cayman Islands I was employed by KMPG in the United Kingdom.

I am registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a Registered Director, pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Law 2014, and have been a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants since 1997. I also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency which she obtained in 2005.
