I am currently the User Experience Research Manager at Natera, a biotech firm. I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota and my professional interests include research and service design. Prior to shifting my career to research, I held roles in content strategy and enjoy using that background to conduct research that informs brand alignment of content and design.
