SARAH-AYISHETU is arguably one of the most widely recognized female business mentors and project management experts worldwide. Repeatedly dubbed business and project management “genius”, Sarah’s methods has helped individuals and organizations succeed at projects and business on nearly all the continents of the world including Africa, America, Europe and Australia.

UK CAREER
In 1997, she was the only “coloured girl” selected from over 2500 applicants for the Graduate management Trainee program of the multinational corporation, Rover Group, UK when she graduated from the University of London with an honours degree in Computer Engineering. Before then, she was a natural mathematics enthusiast, a consistent “A” student and a successful college business woman. The next five years saw Sarah tackling financially intensive projects in such multinational giants as BMW-Rover Group, Santander (formerly Abbey National), Charles Schwab and IBM. Her exceptional work ethic, pragmatic methods, inexhaustible optimism and creative approach to project challenges made her widely sought after across industries.

GLOBAL PRACTITIONER
When in 1999, Sarah started her M.Sc in Project Management at a top University in the United Kingdom; a global demand for her services made her put it on hold. Currently, she is in the process of completing it, a prerequisite of a PhD in Project Management Psychology in 2012. In 2001, she left IBM, a successful program manager and an e-business consultant and became a huge contributor to a starting-up project management institute in the United Kingdom. Fast forward ten years; with her contributions, nearly 40,000 individuals have graduated from this college globally, till date.
