My name is Sarah. I’m a twenty-something mommy and yogi, just trying to make a life out of the things I enjoy the most. I “founded” (sounds so official) Power Yoga at Blair Central Schools in the spring of 2015 and have been directing my intentions into making it grow into something worthwhile for everyone it touches.
