Sarah Brooks

I'm a designer, researcher, educator and writer focused on whole system approaches to social-ecological challenges. My work spans 20 years and two coasts.

I'm the Founder + Principal of Networked Culture, a design strategy firm in SF. Prior to that, I spent three years building and leading a practice in social innovation at Hot Studio, before hot was acquired by Facebook in Spring 2013.

Lately, I've been spending more time teaching, writing and integrating mindfulness practice into my work.

I live at Ocean beach in San Francisco as a happily transplanted New Yorker and am curious about everything.
