Hey, I’m Sarah Catherine.

I’m a fully qualified School and EFL / ESL teacher from Manchester with more than 18 years of experience.

I also teach and mentor teachers.

My teaching style is friendly and resourceful - I like to create personalised experiences to help my students overcome their speaking fears and reach their goals.

I have worked and lived in 7 countries and speak: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Swedish and some Hebrew.

I have also studied Dutch and Russian.

I am a fan of coffee and when I am not teaching you can find me on the yoga mat, playing the piano or in the great outdoors, horse riding or walking.

I’m vegan and love to cook vegan dishes for my guests and friends.

My teaching method works on 3 levels:

• Speaking skills: lots of real and useful British
• Mindset tips: with activities and materials to help you re-learn “how to learn” English in a way that works for you, neuro-friendly, creative and supportive
• British cultural awareness: no boring theories but practical, small, actionable steps to help you understand how to really communicate and understand British language and culture
