Sarah Citron is the co-founder and CEO of Bricoleur Vineyards, a 40-acre estate winery in Sonoma's Russian River Valley — and a fifth-generation winemaker who chose to come home.

Before Bricoleur, Sarah spent six years in New York building digital commerce for Tory Burch and Theory. In 2017, she returned to Sonoma County to start something with her family. What began as an experiment became one of the region's most celebrated producers, known for award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, sparkling, and Cabernet Sauvignon — and a hospitality destination that keeps people coming back.

In October 2025, Sarah was named CEO, leading Bricoleur alongside CFO Frances Spangler. She was recognized by the North Bay Business Journal as part of its 40 Under 40 class of 2024.

She also created Isla Rose — a wine named for her daughter that funds cancer research. To date, Sarah and Bricoleur have raised over $100,000 for the cause.
