Sarah Ahmad

Sarah Ahmad is a last-semester senior Psychology major and Statistics minor at West Virginia University. She is an active member of the Chi Omega Fraternity and is very involved in community service, especially the Make-A-Wish foundation.
This past summer, she was employed as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern at Ethicon (a Johnson & Johnson company). Sarah spent a large majority of her internship conducting and analyzing reports on employee turnover and movement in the sales force. She also worked on several projects including, but not limited to, unconscious bias, diversity & inclusion, change management, creating a phone app for career movement in client-based functions, and streamlined job descriptions for OneMD.
In 2015, she worked as a Human Resources Business Partner intern at Rosetta, a digital marketing agency that was named an Ad Age A-List Agency for 2015. She spent a large majority of her internship conducting full-scale analyses on employee engagement and exit interviews, and was involved in several other projects.
She spent a summer interning for Pennington Human Dynamics, a leadership consulting firm, as a ground researcher and computer analyst. She is also a Biology and Statistics tutor at West Virginia University.
