To put it simply, I'm passionate about the power of recreation. So passionate that I've forgone countless hours of potential play to study it. My ticket out of the classroom and into the field? A BS in Recreation Administration, mine in May 2014.
Until then, I'll be busy as the Co-Chair of the Professional Development and Community Involvement Committee in our majors' club and as an active member of NRPA and TRAPS. In what little free time I can manage, I'll be training for a triathlon, hiking, reading, brushing up on my trivia knowledge, or taking advantage of the Austin music scene.
