Sarah Fowlkes

Hi, I’m Sarah Fowlkes.

I’m a Client Account Manager at Jacobs, where I support Army and Air Force clients in the architecture and engineering (A/E) industry. My work is focused on building strong relationships, aligning teams with mission goals, and helping projects move forward in complex environments.

I have a background in business development and a passion for connecting people and opportunities. I’m especially interested in helping small businesses find their place in the industry and grow through the right partnerships.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I serve as President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) San Antonio Post. Through this role, I support collaboration between the public and private sectors and help create opportunities for professionals at every stage of their careers.

I believe in showing up, staying consistent, and doing work that makes a real impact.
