Sarah Josipovic

I am a real estate sales representative with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, proudly serving Hamilton and the surrounding communities. I grew up in Stoney Creek, Ontario, in a family deeply rooted in real estate and construction. My mother is a real estate agent and my grandfather was a custom home builder, which shaped my early appreciation for architecture, thoughtful design, and the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Environment and Urban Sustainability with a minor in Geography from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), graduating with honours. My academic background gives me a strong understanding of land use, urban planning, and sustainability, which I bring into every client relationship.

I became licensed in October 2020 and specialize in residential real estate and new construction, working closely with Hamilton-based builder RealPro Homes. I also work alongside my mother as part of a collaborative real estate team, allowing us to combine experience, market knowledge, and personalized service.

I pride myself on being detail-oriented, approachable, and committed to building genuine relationships. Outside of work, I value health and fitness, enjoy spending time outdoors, and find my greatest sense of peace up north on the lake with my loyal German Shepherd, who is also my registered service animal.
