Sarah Maud Rizk

Holding an MBA and a master’s degree in earth systems from Stanford University, Sarah Maud Rizk consults on strategy and entrepreneurship. Sarah Maud Rizk also worked with the Stanford Psychiatry Department in creating a 10-year strategic document for the Dean that reflected the input of various stakeholders.
Having earned a BS in earth systems as well, Ms. Rizk held responsibilities as scientist with the US Environmental Protection Agency from 2009 to 2013. There, she undertook outreach with landfills regarding landfill gas-to-energy projects and was successful in bringing the country’s largest landfill on board with agency efforts. Her extensive networking efforts garnered support for a black carbon soot-focused conference and initiative.
Ms. Rizk’s past experience includes guiding business functions with the high-tech milk pasteurization company Vorpal. She helped the venture company to achieve $50,000 in grants and win awards from a number of programs, including the Department of Energy FLOW and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Clean Energy.
