Sarah Munir

Originally from Pakistan, Sarah is currently a graduate student at the Columbia University, School of Journalism. With an undergraduate degree in Economics, she has a strong interest in the role of institutions like media to bring about a wide-spread change in society. Hailing from a country like Pakistan, which is always on the fore-front of international news, she also aims to battle stereo types and misconceptions that plague her country and her people with the power of words and visuals.
