Hey, I'm Sarah. I’m a University student living in Toronto, ON. I am in my second year of university and in just 2 years I will be a graduate of Ryerson University with a BA in Sports Media with a minor in Marketing. I’ve always had a passion for talking to and in front of people, from conversating with friends to getting on stage and presenting a speech in front of hundreds. My other passion throughout my whole life was sports, I was highly competitive in soccer and skiing until I tore my ACL last year. When I was considering future career paths, I knew I wanted to combine the things I loved most, communication and sports. My dream once I graduate from Ryerson University is to have a successful career as a sports broadcaster. I am currently the Co-Host of a podcast with one of my great friends, Jenna, called “Worth the Hype”. We talk about lifestyle topics and trends. Our goal is to create a fun and interactive conversation around pop culture and lifestyle. My co-host and I share a lot of the same passions and goals, so it only felt right to start a podcast together. Some of my other interests include fitness, fashion, and entrepreneurship.
