I live, eat, and breath the Balanced Babe lifestyle. I'm a body image and self love advocate, serial entrepreneur, and media personality. My passion for championing a Balanced Babe lifestyle by translating healthy living into a realistic and enjoyable approach is evident through my work and mission. Going through life feeling unfulfilled with a long time career path, I took it upon myself to embrace a new purpose and business with tenacity and drive. Since experiencing my own awakening, I've made it my mission to help other women take the lead and accomplish their life goals and dreams.

This is why I now dedicate my life to helping women live out their destiny, and why I've built the Balanced Babe brand: a multi-media platform and community dedicated to promoting a holistic lifestyle for the modern woman. I also created and produced from the ground up, the BeHealthful Retreat: a unique wellness conference series that celebrates and promotes local and national businesses within the holistic health industry. Bringing in over 450 attendees in the first year, and over 600 in our second year, I know what it takes to build a brand, a marketing plan, a strategy and a game plan from a single idea.

Being a business and strategy consultant for conscious companies, a certified plant-based nutrition & holistic health coach, TV & media personality, and motivational speaker, I am ensuring that my clients and readers are motivated, educated and challenged to plunge into their own holistic journey.
