Ahoy. I'm a freelance cartoonist doin' it all via my boat. I am currently on an around the world sailing adventure with my family aboard a 41ft sail boat called SEAMONKEY.

Most of my freelance work is for businesses and brands that want to engage their audiences through personalised cartoons on social media and other digital campaigns.

I enjoy working with businesses and brands who are fearless, vibrant and offer products or services that intend to help improve the world socially or environmentally.

My cartoons and illustrations have appeared in print, best selling books, keynote presentations, courses, social media campaigns and book launches.

Currently apart of T-Mobile's twitter #welcomewednesday follower engagement campaign.

My personal projects: I blog over at www.sarahsteenland.com. I creating children's books ,a monthly fully illustrated zine (small printed magazine) of our sailing adventures and an Indigogo campaign to raise money for school supply packs for remote Indonesian schools (not yet live).
