Sarah Volkmann

I am an 18 year old Freshman Nursing student at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. I am originally from the east end of Long Island and have been an athlete all of my life. The sports I've played include lacrosse, soccer, basketball, track & field, and sailing competitively. I have always found the aspects of coaching interesting as I have abandoned and kept up with certain sports. This blog has a mission to help athletes understand why coaches are the way that they are or how to deal with them properly to be successful.
