As an early online recruiting strategist in the late 90‘s to training organizations on the value of community development before we called it “social media” to working with technology vendors to push the boundaries of software - I’ve spent my career dedicated to developing & guiding strategies for corporate clients and HCM vendors looking to be true revolutionaries in the marketplace.

In addition to both corporate and vendor consulting, I partner with various media outlets and conferences to provide event coverage, article/blog content and event marketing strategies.
