After decades as a global, corporate HR professional, in 2009, I founded Strategic Diversity Advisors, a boutique management consulting firms that helps clients implement diversity and inclusion on an economic, strategic and practical level.
Given my track record of delivery at complex global companies, I have become a sought out provider of human capital consulting services and executive coaching across a wide variety of industries.
In addition to diversity marketing & branding, measurement of diversity and inclusion, workforce and supplier diversity initiatives and leveraging diversity for business development, I have added complex HR matters to my practice.
These activities range from enhancing HR departments for strategic capability, complicated employee relations matters, mergers and acquisitions, executive and organizational development to shifts in corporate culture. Following my moral compass, I deliver only results that can be readily implemented at my clients at the time of the request.
