I hold of a Bachelor of Business, Major: Sports Management, including a diverse range of classes in Construction & Project Management, Marketing and Chinese.
Additional to this, I am completing a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management.

I have extensive experience in high end hotel management, customer service and sound understanding of business relations.
My skillset includes but is not limited to;

· Ability to effectively network with a variety of stakeholders and diverse groups

· Capacity to multitask, interacting with many clients at the one given time, ensuring all feel acknowledged and assisted in a calm and orderly manner, developing rapport for future interactions

· Strong organisation and administration skills, including the ability to work to meet and exceed business expectations/deadlines, support senior management staff with forward planning and budgeting, data entry, email/phone communication

· Adaptability to a variety of situations and commitment to positively contribute to embedment of change

· Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and the understanding of the importance of such detail

·Capability to work productively in a team based environment and autonomously
