Sarang Ahuja

Sarang Ahuja is a Senior Manager of US Commercial Operations at TC Energy in Houston, Texas. Sarang Ahuja started in finance and business at a young age, having grown up in Providence, Rhode Island. His interest in finance took him to a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Florida State University, then onto the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida, where he got his Masters of Science Degree in Finance. With over 10 years of finance and business administration experience under his belt, Sarang has worked at a variety of prestigious companies and firms including TC Energy, Brookstreet National Securities, NextEra Power Marketing and Exelon Energy, doing everything from a financial analyst position to a Senior Manager title.

When Sarang is free, you can find him in a a couple different places, but your best bet is looking for him at the poker table. Sarang Ahuja is an avid poker player and he has competed in many World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournaments. In the 40th annual WSOP, Sarang competed in No Limit Hold'em Event 7 where he took home more than $15,000 after finishing 31st. The following year he competed in the No Limit Hold'em Event 5 and finished 34th, taking more than $12,000 in the 41st annual WSOP. Each event had more than 2,500 entrants and the buy in for both events was $1,500.

Sarang is also an avid music fan. One of his dreams is to become a famous musician, and has stopped at nothing to make sure his dream comes true. Back in 2008, Sarang bought his first guitar and began to learn his favorite musician's songs. As time went on, his music taste has changed and expanded, and he now listens to things such as Mumford & Sons, Of Monsters & Men, and The Black Keys. His main goal in music is to sign a deal with a record label one day.
