Student, Artist, and Writer in Malappuram

What’s up, I’m Sarang. I’m a student living in Malappuram. I am a fan of technology, music, and entrepreneurship. I’m also interested in arts and reading.

I completed my HSE from Government Higher Secondary school, and did my bachelors from Kerala university. I have knowledge about computer science, English literature and history. I am currently pursuing MBA at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management. Why MBA? Because I believe it will help me understand more about managerial concepts and expand my career prospects.

I had worked as a magazine editor for an organization for four months. This was a time when I had just finished my HSE and officially exiting the teenage group. I joined an organization called Youth Council for Science Enthusiasts. I learned many skills there using free open-source software and also other Soft skills. Therefore, leading and managing a group of people is something I can handle with ease.

Ever faced issues in conveying the right information at the right time to the right person? I can convey even the negative news in a professional and positive manner. Organizing events at short notice can be very tiresome. That’s where I come in. With a rich experience in organizing both cultural and non-cultural events, I will be able to coordinate events and make them a success.

We live in a world where extroverts and ambivert are heard and listened to, more. I spent many years thinking that I am an introvert because I often got nervous while speaking. It reached a point where I couldn’t even utter a single word in front of a crowd. I put myself into these difficult positions to resolve the issue and gather some confidence. Slowly, but steadily, I was able to bounce back from this adversity. Riding on the newly-found confidence, I began to occupy several positions inside and outside the campus and organize various events. I learned two things from this experience - 1) Handling pressure makes us strong; 2) Failure makes us humble. As I mentioned above, after I gathered self confidence, I was able to explore other nuances of communication.

Life is a maze - to reach the destination we need to take appropriate decisions and possess certain skills. It is the above statement that made me chase several kinds of knowledge and skills. Knowing the basics of several areas is important than mastering just one. You can always reach the advanced level in anything by investing time in it.

I want to become a person who spreads light wherever he goes.
