I recently saw the HeForShe talks by Emma Watson and gave me a whole new passion to Empowerment Coaching and makes me look at how I can make a Difference.

-Continued Education for myself as well as others. If I can learn something new bringing more Empowerment into my life and pass on to others to further Empower them... It is a Win, Win!

Growing up in a small town, I always knew something was missing from my life yet could never quite put my finger on it.

After getting married and starting a family, old thoughts forgotten... or at least put away in the back of my mind for many years. We finally ended up moving closer to the "big city" and continue raising & nurturing those three children and my husband of course.

Many years later I starting meeting some wonderful new friends that showed me about spirituality and how it differed from religion. This was the first key to filling that void.

For the past 15 years my life has been and continues to be enriched with incorporating Spiritual practices into my daily life with gifts and knowledge I never thought I was capable of. Thriving on learning new healing modalities and natural ways of healing and becoming a better person inside and out.

In 2013 I was lucky enough to go on a trip to Nairobi, Africa with a wonderful organization, World of Difference (www.makeaworldofdifference.org) where we helped to build classrooms for a school in the slums as well as visited other schools delivering cheer, hope and school supplies. That was a pivotal time for me inspiring me to look deeper in how I can continue to inspire and empower others.

March 2014 I took a leap quitting a job that no longer served my passion or desires after about 8-1/2 years, taking some part time jobs and found just the program to push me to next level and enrolled in The S.W.A.T. Institute online Empowerment Coaching program.

I continue to strive and seek opportunities that allow me to help Nurture and Empower others which in turn offers me the opportunity to continue to grow into a better being as well.
