I write poetry, lyrics, short stories, articles, recipes - and even letters (you know, the kind you put in the post).

Teaching adults (writing, silk painting, jewellery making, confident public speaking) fulfils me as much as creating pictures in words to weave around the artwork produced by my business partner and great friend, gifted artist Nikolaos Tzoumas for our Broken Silences Collection of images (http://www.nikolaostzoumas-sararidgley.co.uk) or writing lyrics for the music of my other business partner and great friend, Gavin Mole for our children's musicals (http://www.writersofnote.co.uk).

My hands and mind are rarely still. I am surrounded by beads, silks, paints, pens, notebooks, photos, books, colour, ideas, enthusiasm and experiments. And fun!
