Sara Terpak is a freelance writer and digital content creator with a soft spot for a good story, wherever she finds one.

Her work covers lifestyle, entertainment, and wellness writing, with published pieces on HerCampus during her time as a Sacred Heart University contributor. She writes about everything from mindfulness practices to Broadway obsessions to the small, quiet moments that make everyday life worth writing about.

When she's not working on a piece, she's probably curled up with a romance or fantasy novel, Diet Coke in hand, or belting along to a Broadway soundtrack (Wicked, Hamilton, and Waitress are permanent favorites). Music and theater show up in her writing as much as they show up in her life — they're where a lot of her inspiration comes from.
