Dedicated Mechanical Technician with 9 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, EOT cranes, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, blowers, and heavy-duty presses (700 ton). Proven track record in executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Pumps**:
- Diagnose and repair various pump types (centrifugal, positive displacement, submersible).
- Perform seal replacements, impeller inspections, and alignment checks.

2. **Compressors**:
- Maintain rotary and reciprocating compressors.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and conduct vibration analysis.

3. **EOT Cranes**:
- Inspect and maintain overhead cranes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety checks and preventative maintenance.

4. **Valves**:
- Maintain and repair a variety of valve types (gate, globe, ball, check).
- Test valves for leaks and operational integrity.

5. **Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems**:
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Repair cylinders, replace hoses, and diagnose circuit issues.

6. **Gearboxes**:
- Conduct maintenance, including oil changes and seal replacements.
- Ensure proper alignment and operational efficiency.

7. **Blowers**:
- Perform maintenance and repair on various blower systems.
- Ensure efficient operation and reduce downtime.

8. **Heavy-Duty Press (700 Ton)**:
- Operate and maintain heavy-duty presses, performing routine checks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Preventive Maintenance Schedule**:
- **Daily**: Inspect equipment for leaks, noises, or vibrations; check oil levels; conduct visual inspections.
- **Weekly**: Lubricate moving parts; check belt alignment and tension; inspect hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- **Monthly**: Conduct detailed inspections of pumps and compressors; clean filters and strainers.
- **Quarterly**: Perform system audits; replace worn parts; conduct vibration analysis.
- **Annual**: Overhaul major components; conduct system testing; provide training to junior technicians.
