Wrote funny poetry stories with strange characters in gram's yellow chair at age seven. Was a closet writer of dark stories and poems -- and a passive-agressive diary -- in high school and was happily in Honors English. Graduated cum laude with Bachelor's in English degree from BSU. Became a professional journalist and article writer. Published a book about my little daughter's hair knots. Was just traditionally published (MOVING BACK TO NORMAL, my teen novel), got good reviews ... and am now contracted to write the pictorial history book IMAGES OF AMERICA: YARMOUTH.
