Hi! My name is Sara Workman and I am a Small Town Girl, Business Owner, Fitness Nut, and Giant Nerd! I used to believe that I had to deal with whatever life gave me, BUT I realized that I am actually the one that has to TAKE LIFE and not just be handed freebies :) I have found a passion in health and fitness that inspires me, and makes me want to be a better person: I get to meet, and HELP, new people EVERY DAY! This amazing opportunity came to be a few months ago in the form of my own online fitness business. By starting this business, I have found a new confidence that I never knew existed within myself...I have realized that I can accomplish ANYTHING if I just set a goal and DO IT! So far this year, I have learned so many new things, I have discovered new parts of myself, I have met SO MANY AMAZING PEOPLE, and I have been able to experience so many things that I never thought possible. I have less stress in my life which makes me a better person. :) My passion is all about trying to help others who are like me and may not see a lot of themselves right now, and to be able to open their eyes to see that there is so much more to life. I want to help them learn that if they set a goal and GO FOR IT they can accomplish anything!
