I am a 25 years-old Italian young professional really curious and open-minded who is now facing a very big question “how can I improve every day my professional and personal life?”. I am just entered in the fascinating world of managerial consultancy.I consider the best traits of my character my capacity to communicate with people, my determination and my neverending curiosity. This last characteristic lead me to be interested into different ways of communicating and relating to others. Coherently with my personal inclination, I have chosen to get deeper in the field of corporate and business communication and management of human resources.In Italy as well as abroad I have attended various courses of Human resource management and business organization. I regard as one of my best achievements of being one of the eight students among all attending the Faculty of Economics at the University of Padova of being awarded of a scholarship for spending an internship abroad. The experience at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania gave me the chance to be a part of an Italian organization set in a non-European country. Moreover this experience allowed me to have a deeper insight of the management of human resources in a very big company.I want to be never satisfied of my achievements and always be focused on the future.
