Sardar Sanjay Matkar

I am a Nationalist who believes in democracy and equal rights to all citizens. Over most of my life I have travelled 40 odd countries across 5 continents and have friends, family and relatives in all parts of the world.

Born into the traditional maratha family whose roots go 8 generations into Maratha history, I am a writer, orator, adventurer, guide, mentor and all round history buff.

I have seen live fire action and human suffering in the sands of Iraq during the american occupation from 2003 - 2011, and I write constantly on the need for India to be a strong and proud Nation; economically and militarily.

Known for my forthright political views, I have gained more enemies than friends in politics & bureaucracy, and is a person that many "love to hate".

I firmly state that: "Indian humility should not be considered a weakness. Soft at heart, Indians are also strong of resolve and determination."
