Roy Thiele-Sardina

Roy is an experienced Entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist. His fund HighBAR Partners works with entrepreneurs to build successful companies. He was an early employee of Sun Microsystems, a member of the founding management team at Brocade Networks, Co-Founder of Tasmania Networks (Cache/Proxy sold to Cisco), Co-Founder of Ingrian Networks (merged with SafeNet). He has operating experience across all disciplines and enjoys building and growing companies. He is a proud Badger (University of Wisconsin Madison – BS-EE and BS-CS) and earned his MBA at New York University Stern School
