She currently serves as Chief of Staff at a Government Consulting Firm, where she leads strategic initiatives, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale projects that drive measurable impact. Her career spans leadership roles in government, consulting, and public service, including service as Deputy Director of Operations in the DC Mayor's Office and work on Capitol Hill.

With an MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and advanced training in AI strategy and governance, Sareeta is passionate about the intersection of technology, public policy, and organizational transformation. She is building a platform focused on AI Governance and Public Sector Innovation, helping leaders understand how emerging technologies can be implemented responsibly and effectively.

A graduate of The Campaign School at Yale and the National Urban League Emerging Leaders Program, Sareeta brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership development. As an ICF-trained coach pursuing International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, she empowers professionals, leaders, and emerging changemakers to clarify their vision, strengthen their leadership capacity, and achieve meaningful goals.
