I am an experienced financial services industry professional. I have been an enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking investment analyst with a sound practical experience of over eight years in both sell-side and buy-side equities research. I.haven been associated as an Independent Project Consultant with a Food Sector Startup where I was mandated to prepare Financial & Economic Feasibility of the Project, Interactive Financial Model, Teaser and other important bankable documents to present before the lending consortium.

I have been an adviser to RST-Investments (Agidel) a Russian origin Investments company in fund raising process for a mega project. Moreover, I have been a financial adviser to an American Fintech venture.

Besides, I was given with the mandate by FC, one of the leading Financial Institutions based in London. I was an adviser for the company to project its IPOs & Private placement deals to the international High Net Worth Individuals and Investors.In addition, I have also worked with OCG based in Hong Kong as a Financial Consultant. I have a practical experience of over 10 years of handling major revenue generating businesses activities of a financial institution which includes, Financial Research, Investment Analysis, Investment Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory and managing Buy-back transactions.

I maintain a strong working relationship with various local and international Private Equity, Venture Capital and Project Finance specialist companies and individuals.
