Sari Pearce

Having lived in three countries including Japan and Canada, Sari has made her home in Los Angeles, Boston, and most recently in Austin, TX. As seen in her client testimonials, Sari is known for her positive energy and total commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She speaks fluent Japanese.

Awards Sari has received include Excellence in Customer Appreciation, Top Producing, Top Listing, Top Selling, and Master's Ruby Producer. A successful investor-owner of several properties across the country since 1991, Sari is also co-owner and marketing agent for Terra Prime Partners LLC, a custom home building company in Austin. This broad exposure to the market, her extensive experience and her total dedication to serve help Sari give invaluable insight and support to her clients about sound property investment.

Sari cares greatly about people and tries to give back to Lakeway/Bee Cave/Austin communities, including starting a non-profit organization with a group of dog lovers called, Friends of Bee Cave Dog Park, and until recently, served as a committee member of Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC).

Sari has a degree in Violin and has performed with the Boston Pops Orchestra and is a violin coach at Lake Travis HS. Sari and Andrew, her husband of 23 years (and counting!), are proud parents of three wonderful children who attend Lake Travis ISD and UT Austin.

Sari is fluent in Japanese.
