Propyphenazone (150 mg)

Paracetamol (250 mg)

Paracetamol takes effect in about 30 minutes. The paracetamol-propyphenazone combination increases and prolongs the therapeutic activity of propyphenazone: peak plasma concentration is increased by about 40%, the elimination half-life is prolonged to about 77 minutes.

Caffeine (50 mg)

Caffeine is shown to indicate independent analgesic effect on headache. It increases the analgesic potency of paracetamol-containing analgesics by 41%, that's why caffeine is a common additive to analgesics.
