Sas Petherick
Self-doubt Coach, Podcaster, and Researcher in Bristol, United Kingdom
Hello! I’m Sas -a self-doubt researcher, coach & mentor.
I’ve helped hundreds of people to unhook themselves from self-doubt and cultivate a quietly resilient and richly sustainable self-belief.
Born in NZ almost 45 years ago, now a living in the lovely city of Bristol. I used to be an ambitious management consultant in London (where I owned lots of suits and drank my feelings). Eventually, I burnt out/broke down horribly.
The process of putting myself back together led me to retrain as a coach and eventually complete a Masters degree. My dissertation was a deep study of self-doubt and the focus of my work is about helping you transcend this fascinating phenomenon and the myriad of ways it holds you back.
I have a thriving booked out coaching practice (yay!) and I run workshops, retreats and group programmes all designed to help you cultivate self-belief. I also have a podcast called Courage & Spice.
I’m married to Mr P and we are childless by choice. Last Christmas we moved into an Old Lady House that is 125 years old we’re excited/overwhelmed about renovating.
I’m a remainer, feminist, omnivorous and slightly more extroverted than intro. Mostly I’m a lover of words and ideas, conversations and coffee.
I believe we’re all doing the best we can. It’s an incredibly exciting time to be alive.
I’m thrilled to meet you - let's hang out on Instagram! ♥️
