Penn South is in an important time in our history as we have completed the HVAC project and closed on the HUD loan, we need to contain costs, and re-affirm our commitment to keeping Penn South affordable. We must do this through managerial oversight, strategic long term planning, and financial planning.
As a Board member, I will:
• Work to keep Penn South limited equity and affordable
• Represent the needs of all cooperators through outreach and engagement
• Support the diversity that makes Penn South a vibrant community
• Embrace new technologies to foster transparency and control costs
