Sasha Fornari

I'm a motion designer living in Washington D.C.

In 2001 I graduated from college and focused on creating content for some of Chicago’s leading non-profit institutions including the Joffrey Ballet, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and Chicago Opera Theater, racking up over 10 years of design industry experience. During that time I also formed my own production company that specialized in engaging promotional videos and compelling photography.

Recently I was the motion designer on President Obama’s re-election campaign. Throughout the entire campaign, I incorporated and animated various design elements into nearly all of the president’s online videos, using motion graphics to explain some of the most complicated topics, such as student loan reform and the prescription drug donut hole. By creating fully animated spots and original graphics, I helped contributed to the production of some of the most viewed and popular videos of the campaign.
