Sasha Snow

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Radio-Television-Film, focusing on directing and producing. I studied French and fashion at The Paris-Sorbonne University in France.

I worked four years at Texas Student Television (TSTV), the nation's only student-run, FCC-licensed television station. I began as a boom-op for the CBI-National's Best Comedy finalist, The Wingmen. After certifying in Master Control and Production, I quickly began camera work, periodically performing as control room director. Along with all aspects of production, I have co-hosted on live television, held interviews at festivals and with bands, and acted in several other shows, winning "Funniest Actress" in 2010. In May, I finished my thesis, I Hate You Stephanie, a short comedy about a break up. It was part of We Like 'Em Short Film Festival's Official Selection and given an Award of Merit from Indie Fest.

I recently moved to Los Angeles participating in a UT-LA program in which I take a few media studies classes and intern for credit, acquiring my RTF degree. I currently work for Gravitas Ventures, the largest independent film video-on-demand distributor in North America.

Outside of production, I enjoy playing the violin, yoga, swimming, and reading. I am represented by The Atherton Group Talent Agency for TV/Film acting. I recently acted in an episode of "America's Court."

I believe in being a global citizen, fostering humanity and compassion through my life and my work.
