Sasha Steib is a young professional who has worked in the hospitality industry since 2007; while attending Southern University and A&M College (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), she worked full-time as a Guest Service Representative at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott (Baton Rouge, Louisiana). After graduating and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Sales she was promoted to Sales Coordinator for SpringHill Suites, Fairfield Inn, and Townplace Suites by Marriott. Sasha Steib also worked as an ER Medical Scribe at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center fulfilling her passion for helping others and to gain a foundation in the healthcare industry.

To define & progress her career in Sales she relocated to the Chicagoland area as a Sales Manager for Hyatt Place and worked as a Sales Manager for 2 years. Sasha has also worked in Catering/ Convention Services at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The Hyatt Regency New Orleans has 200,000 square feet of meeting space and 1193 guestrooms.
In continuous of her Sales career, Sasha has fallen back into a role as a Sales Manager at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport.

Sasha Steib is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (Beta Psi) and an active member of the Phi Sigma Omega chapter of Gonzales, Louisiana.
